I think having this functionality built in to your site really helps distinguish yourself from the competitors that don’t. Sites that show up well on your phone and tablet show greater attention to detail and quality when compared to those that don’t make the effort. I would much rather navigate the site catered to my specific device than the one I have to pinch, pull, and scroll through just to find the information I need.

I completely agree. In the world we live in mobile is a key factor in differentiating your business from the competitors. Mobile users want their information fast and easy to find while on the go. The dreaded pinch and zoom is a frustrating experience and will have mobile visitors leaving your site just as quickly as they arrived. I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts, Mitchell. I always enjoy hearing another’s perspective.
